At The Well we have weekly programming as well as monthly events for members and non-menbers to participate in.
WORKOUT CLASSES- We provide weekly fitness related classes to help support your health and wellness. Workout Classes: Christ focused Yoga, stretching, HIIT, Pilates,
SUPPORT GROUPS- We provide weekly support groups focused on mental, and spiritual health. Support groups topics: Health/wellness, trauma, non-profit partner support, moms with special needs, share & care, post-partum, anxiey, job development.
CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS- We provide weekly programming for your kids on top of our Little Wellies childwatch program. Children's Programming: Homework Helpers tutoring, enrichment classes, music lessons, crafting, art classes, and we are partnering with CYT to provide theater workshops!
SPECIAL EVENTS- Every month, there are events we offer to gather and have a good time supporting, growing and creating all in community. Events: cooking classes, paint nights, business speaker series, health and wellness workshops, worship nights, service opportunities in the San Diego area, showcase events for business owners and so much more!
